Stuff

Ive been here and there, doing this and that and most of it of any real great importance to anyone including myself ... but hey its better than being bored and miserable.

I stole the following comment from 9PlanetReviews blog tody (I hope you dont mind JS) .... I wholeheartedly agree with this statement. Dont forget to go visit JS blog and have a read ... he has many interesting views and opinions on various topics.

Why try save something that cannot first attempt to save itself? 

You should have noticed the new chat box . I took the last one off since A) very few poeple used it and B) well it didnt actually work too well ... I was forever having to refresh my browser in order to get any chat messages which I found frustrating as so ditched it. Although not so many choose to chat I still wanted a one there for those interested in having a natter while your visiting my page. I do like this chat box much better than the last as it gave me the ability to use my own picture background and can use it to chat with my existing messenger contacts also. Upon testing it with a friend thismorning I am so far quite happy with this being a free widget. If you would like one for your own site follow the link under the chat box to the XAT site.

Ive also been playing with cool iris, the picture walls you may notice on my blog. Im loving it ... makes accessing pictures you have stored on your computer as well as websites so much easier to view.  I used Picasa web albums to upload my photos too where you can just put the link of the album you want to share into Cooliris and post it directly to your Blogger. It will post to other platforms too but am sorry as I only wanted it for blogger I failed to take in the information on where else you can post it to with the click of a button. Otherwise just get the code and paste it directly into the code of the site you wish to display your wall. You can also create slideshows with cooliris.Anywhooo ... I think its a bit of fun so if you like displaying pictures or just want a new toy this is a simply cool one.

Ive added some extra link bars and am going to start including links to tips on many things that I stumble across, think is helpful or I otherwise have used. Those who know me well know how I love to play with photoshop, website coding and all sorts of computer related stuff from software to hardware. Over the years I have picked up many tid bits of information that has helped me not have to either A) take my computer to a techie to fix ... or B) take up a course to learn different skills - not necessarily all computer related. Im definitely no master in any area but I do hope that eventually I will some interesting lists of tips and tricks to help you in a variety of areas. If there is anything in particular you would find helpful and like to see here or have a great site to recommend then please email mi and I will assess its suitability to be included on my site. Please ... STRICTLY no porn - hard, soft or otherwise. I am happy to help you promote your site or blogs by including it in my lists if you are happy to do the simple courtesy of a link on your page in return but your page MUST not be offensive to people in general. Just email mi the details if you would like to be added and I will be in touch with 72 hours. In most cases it will be much shorter time but some days I am simply too busy to keep up with my emails.

Hmmmm .... what else is in my random grey mass today ... Still awaiting a withdrawal request from PAC RS and am starting to get nervous this will end up just like P4A. Im still living in hope they wont burn me on oth cheeks ... but so be it if they do. Still got my fingers crossed ladies ... Im trying to keep positive that you are doing the right thing but your making it hard to believe. Lucky Im not holding my breath over it cuz I think Id be dark shade of purple by now lol.

What else.... can you believe Im actually not able to think of anything ... well thats not true entirely ... Im thinking of a million and one things as usual ... but all of them are things that are about to drag my butt offline for a while. I hope you all have an awesome day.
